Most needs already have a price on this page. For a non-standard case, a fixed-price quote within 48h: written scope, firm deadline, amount. Never a fuzzy hourly rate.
No surprise overruns
If the scope evolves, we talk first — separate validated addendum. If I overrun my estimate, it's on me.
Staged payment, no full upfront
30% on signing, 40% mid-project, 30% on delivery. For small jobs: 50% / 50%. Retainer: monthly direct debit. Bank transfer / SEPA.

What I get asked most about pricing
Why “from” prices and not a single price?+
Because the exact scope varies from one case to another. But unlike many, I don't make you guess: the starting price is displayed, and the final quote is fixed and written. Only atypical structuring projects are on request — and even then, a quote within 48h after a chat.
How soon can you start?+
I work on a limited number of projects at a time, so the start date varies: often a few days for a small job, a few weeks for a bigger project. I give you a firm date before you sign — and for urgent needs, tell me and I'll arrange it when I can.
What happens if the scope evolves during the project?+
We talk first, not after. If a new need appears, I quote the addendum separately and you decide whether to include it. No surprise overruns, no inflated invoice at the end.
What happens if you take longer than expected?+
The overrun is on me, not on you. The fixed price is genuinely fixed. If I misjudged, I bear it — that's also why I don't sign a quote I can't honor.
Are there hidden costs (hosting, licenses, external services)?+
No. What's on your side (hosting, licenses, external services, AI costs) is explicitly listed in the quote with a monthly ballpark. I never mark up those costs — you pay the providers directly.
Why is there no VAT on your invoices?+
Epsiio is a French micro-business under the VAT franchise scheme (art. 293 B of the CGI): I don't charge VAT. In practice, the displayed price is the final price — nothing to add, nothing to reclaim. It's stated explicitly on every quote and invoice.
What's the payment method and schedule?+
Bank transfer, in two or three installments depending on project size: 30% on signing, 40% during development, 30% on delivery. For small jobs: 50% / 50%. Epsiio Care subscription: monthly SEPA direct debit.
Do you accept France Num grants and SMB subsidies?+
Yes. My offers are eligible for several schemes: France Num (digital voucher), Normandy Region grants, Bpifrance Digital Diag. I help you put the file together if needed — the price stays fixed whatever grant you get.
What happens after the 30-day warranty?+
The 30-day warranty covers bugs — anything introduced during development, I fix at no charge. Beyond that, two options: ask me again on a one-off basis (as a Quick fix, from €900), or take an Epsiio Care subscription to keep an expert hand month to month. And either way, the code is yours: you can also hand the rest to any developer.
Is the Epsiio Care subscription mandatory?+
No, it's optional and reserved for delivered clients. Your code is yours, documented: you can evolve it yourself, ask me again, or hand it to another provider. No lock-in.
