4. Intellectual Property

All site content (texts, images, videos, illustrations, logos, graphics, icons, source code, structure, tree) is the exclusive property of Édouard Porcheron, unless otherwise indicated. These elements are protected by the French Intellectual Property Code (Books I and II) and the international conventions in force.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation, in whole or in part, of the site's elements, by whatever means or process, is prohibited without prior written authorisation. Any unauthorised use will be considered as constituting infringement and prosecuted in accordance with Articles L.335-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code.

5. Personal Data

The collection and processing of personal data through this site are governed by my privacy policy, compliant with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act as amended (Act no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978).

6. Cookies

The site uses only strictly necessary trackers (display preference stored in localStorage), exempt from consent under Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act. Audience measurement is provided by Vercel Web Analytics in cookieless and anonymous mode, benefiting from the CNIL exemption (deliberation no. 2020-091).
